BOOKING / CANCELLATION / NO SHOW POLICY

​To protect our time and our salon we have a booking & cancellation policy in place.

We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments providing we have at least 48 hours’ notice, however, we do have a cancellation policy in place to protect our time and our salon

It is essential 
that you either call the salon on 01978 856555 (please leave a voicemail if we are unable to answer) or text our mobile on 07307 863957.  No cancellations or rescheduling can be done via social media.  
Sometimes plans do change unexpectedly, which we totally understand but we hope that you will value and respect our time as much as we do yours by giving us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We may then be able to fill your slot. 

 

​BOOKING

At the time of booking, you will receive an email confirmation, please check this email carefully to

make sure everything is correct.​  When booking online you will then receive a confirmation email from us once we have checked the reservation. Please check this carefully in case of any changes.​

48 hours before your appointment you will receive a text reminder with your appointment details.​

If you haven't received an email or text reminder, please let us know. Additionally, if you change your

contact details, please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our records. ​

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING MORE THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE APPOINTMENT 

We are happy to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no charge. This can be done online or by

calling, texting, or emailing us.

If rescheduling online or with us any fee's will automatically move over to the new appointment.

If cancelling any fee's will be credited to your account, although this unfortunately does not happen

automatically so you will just need to let us know so we can credit your account.

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING WITHIN 48 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time
50% of 
the total appointment cost will be payable. If we then manage to fill the slot with another client, the 50% will be credited back to your account for future use.​

Please note: You will not be able to do this online, you will need to contact us via call, text, or email. ​

Please note: Cancelling within 2 hours of your appointment time will be classed as a no show as it does not give us sufficient time to refill the appointment slot. 

NO SHOW

If you do not turn up for your appointment the full appointment cost will be due, and no further

appointments will be booked until this has been paid. 

LATE ARRIVALS ​

We know life happens and we will always do our best to be as accommodating as we can and do our

best to complete your full treatment/treatments if there is enough time. However, if it isn't possible to complete your full appointment in the allocated time, then the full cost of booking will still be payable.
