We are happy to cancel or reschedule appointments providing we have at least 48 hours notice. However we do have a cancellation policy in place to protect our time and our salon. It is essential that you either call the salon on 01978 856555 or text our mobile on 07307863957. No cancellations or rescheduling can be done via social media.
Sometimes plans do change unexpectedly, but we hope that you will value and respect our time as much as we do yours by giving us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We may then be able to fill your slot.
At the time of booking you will receive an email confirmation, please check this email carefully to make sure everything is correct.
48 Hours before your appointment you will receive a text reminder with your appointment details.
If you haven't received an email or text reminder please let us know. Additionally if you change your contact details please let us know as soon as possible so we can update our records.

CANCELLING OR RESCHEDULING WITHN 48 HOURS OF APPOINTMENT
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the appointment time 50% of the total appointment cost will be payable and no further appointments booked until this has been paid.
If you do not turn up for your appointment the full appointment cost will be due and no further appointments will be booked until this has been paid.
We know life happens and we will always do our best to be as accommodating as we can and do our best to complete your full treatment/treatments if there is enough time. However if it isn't possible to complete your full appointment in the allocated time, then the full cost of booking will still be payable.
